The Diet

The Pocket Diet teaches you that controlling your portions is the key to losing weight as well keeping it off permanently. There are no restrictions as to what you can eat as long as you control your serving size. Using the pita pocket will help you learn to re-size your meals and achieve success while enjoying all your favorite foods.

Try to follow these 3 simple rules:

  • Eat 3 meals per day using pita pockets to measure the portion size of your meals (you can choose almost any foods). Just make sure they fit into your pita pocket

  • Eat 2 snacks per day (fruit, nuts, veggies, yogurt or cottage cheese)

  • Start and maintain an on-going 30-60 minute fitness program
