Spinach
& Feta Pasta
Ingredients
2 Tbsp.
olive oil 10 oz. fresh spinach
8
oz. of wheat pasta
8 oz. of tomato basil feta cheese
8 medium tomatoes; diced
3 garlic cloves; minced
Preparation
Boil pasta; drain and remove from pot
Heat oil in same pot on high heat
Brown garlic for 2 minutes
Add spinach and tomato; saute for 2 minutes
Add pasta and feta cheese; stir it up
Note:
