So Sloppy Joe Pockets
Ingredients
12
oz. ground sirloin (90% lean)
1/2 cup green pepper; diced
1/2 cup onion; diced
1/2 cup celery; diced
1 Tbsp. canola oil
1 cup of sloppy joe sauce (your choice)
Preparation
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat
Add
veggies and saute for 2 minutes
Add
meat and brown meat for 5 minutes
Add
sauce; turn heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes
Fill
pocket & serve
