Lox & Cream Cheese Pocket

Ingredients

2.5 oz. salmon; unsalted lox
1/2 medium tomato; sliced
1 Tbsp. cream cheese; low fat
1 onion slice (optional)

Preparation

Spread cream cheese in pocket

Add salmon, tomato, onion & serve
