Pita Chips
Ingredients
6 whole
pitas (white or wheat)
4 Tbsp. olive oil or vegetable cooking spray
Try one of the varieties below:
Savory: Use favorite seasonings, onion powder, garlic.
Southwestern: Use taco seasoning
Great with salsa! Sweet 'n Fun:
Use sugar (or alternative) and cinnamon. Kids favorite!
Traditional: Use with your favorite dips and spreads
Preparation
Cut pitas into 1" strips or triangles
Lightly
brush with oil or cooking spray and season
Lay
chips on baking sheet Bake at 300°F until lightly brown
and crispy, 15-20 mins
