Gourmet Chicken Salad

Ingredients

2 skinless-split chicken breasts (10 oz.); roasted & diced
1/4 cup celery; diced
1/4 cup grapes; halved
1/4 cup apples; diced
1/4 cup walnuts; chopped
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise; low fat

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl

Salt & pepper to taste

Fill pocket & serve
