Date & Walnut Spread

Ingredients

4 oz. whipped cream cheese; low fat
1/3 cup pitted dates; chopped
1/4 cup walnuts; chopped
1 tps. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix the dates, walnuts and cream cheese

Sprinkle with cinnamon

Spread 2 tablespoons into pocket & serve
