Fajita Pockets
Ingredients
3 skinless-split
chicken breasts (12oz. total)
1 green bell pepper; sliced into long strips
1 medium onion; sliced
1 Tbsp. canola oil
1 tsp. chicken fajita seasoning
Preparation
Heat oil in large skillet on med-high heat for 1 minute
Season whole breast; saute until brown (3-4 min. each side)
Remove chicken from pan; slice into 1/2" x 1" strips
Add peppers and onions to pan; cook until tender
Add
chicken back to pan and stir with peppers & onion for 1-2
minutes
Fill
pocket &
serve
