    "I live in Grenville Sur-la-Rouge, Quebec Canada and bought Woman's World magazine on June 10th. After reading the article and showing it to my husband we both agreed that the diet sounded healthy, and quite easy to follow.

    I started the diet on June 13th weighing 170 lbs. I'm 5'1" short, way too much weight for me to carry around. After 4 weeks of following the diet religiously, I realized that it was working. Of course I exercise 1 hour a day, 6 days a week and that has also helped.

    Anyway, as of Monday, August 29th, I now weigh 148 lbs and I can't begin to tell you how happy that makes me. I have 20 more pounds to lose but I definitely know that I can do it.

    The Pocket Diet is very easy to follow apart from being delicious and it has worked for me, where many others failed because it is not boring. I eat 4 half pita meals a day accompanied by lots of fruits, veggies, nuts and low sodium V8 juice. I'm really looking forward to receiving the book."
